Claude Monet    The Garden      The Village      Monets House      Flowers

Our Story

In 2016 we wrote an article about Monet's garden in Giverny. We traveled to France for several days and asked the Claude Monet Foundation for permission to take photos outside of opening hours.
We fell in love with this living garden piece of art and have since returned to Giverny many times to capture the beauty of this piece of land. Thousands of photos are the result. You can see a selection on this page.

Monets Garden

During the last thirty years of his life and work, Monet was mainly concerned with the layout and design of his garden in Giverny.
He bought exotic plants, some of which were only known since a few years in France, and composed the color interplay of the blossoms.
"My garden is my most beautiful masterpiece"
said Monet himself.
There's really nothing to add to that except pictures, pictures, pictures.

Take a look for yourself...

The village Giverny

There are always places in the world where you immediately feel at home.
It's like stepping onto a piece of earth that resonates with your inner being - the inner and outer worlds suddenly become congruent and we feel a kind
having arrived.
Such a place is Giverny.
Even if tens of thousands of people pass through this small town every year - it retains its charm and its peace.
